Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next working day.

Shipping Charges
Free Shipping on orders above ₹2,000.
For orders below ₹2,000, a flat shipping fee of ₹100 applies.
Express delivery charges will be calculated at checkout.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via email/SMS.
You can also log in to your Passbox® account to check real-time order status.
Delayed or Failed Deliveries
Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, transport strikes, etc.).
If a delivery attempt fails, our courier partner will re-attempt or return the product.
Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship only within India.
Certain remote locations may have limited delivery service.
